Fantasy #217: I would love a machine or some other way of self mummification and then hide my hotel room key and send out a message that their package is ready for pick up. Waiting patiently to see who comes.
I have been working out for 2 years and no improvement on my lower glutes i don't have a curve. I'm doing a lot of squats donkey kicks reverse and standard lunges hip thrusts but no improvement. Please help.
