I have been working out for 2 years and no improvement on my lower glutes i don't have a curve. I'm doing a lot of squats donkey kicks reverse and standard lunges hip thrusts but no improvement. Please help.
[M] 30, 180, 5’9” Accidentally deleted my original post.. thank you for the kind words after my GF “teased” me saying that since I have a small penis with a foreskin, I better at least get my abs back. Time to re-evaluate.
