(M24-147 lbs-6'0") Dec 2020 vs October 2022!!! Gained around 18 lbs. Since the gain occurred on my a$$, I'm too shy to show it off. 😝 I am neither an athlete nor an avid workout enthusiast, so I wonder how these abs came about ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
