F39, 5'5" 130lbs. Never thought I'd have the courage to post anything like this. Had negative body image & no confidence all my life, now as a mother of 3 it's even worse. Hoping some honest opinions may help me be a little more positive.
uff the football match was so intense today ... and it was so hot i sweated so much... Also my right foot hurts cause a fool stepped on it ... I Think i will bandage it and ice it
