Went to the doctor as recommended by everyone in this post. Some people wanted an update so for anyone wondering, they are just cysts and harmless. Check your balls guys.
Can't find my little fidget toy and I'm close to a mental breakdown. It's not even a toy. It's just pieces of plastic that I fiddle with. Maybe I do have attachment issues.
